With more than 15 years of experience, Patricia Barajas is a bilingual (Spanish and English) entrepreneur and the owner of ECC, a HUB-certified, minority-owned and operated small business providing commercial construction cleaning and janitorial services. She has built strong relationships with leading construction companies throughout Texas and the south-central United States. Patricia is equally proud of her role as a mother of three.

Established in Houston, Texas 15 years ago by its President, Patricia Barajas, ECC had one clear objective: to set specific standards in the world of commercial cleaning. After years of working in the industry, Patricia noticed that most commercial cleaning companies lacked specific guidelines for projects within the same categories. This lack of standardization often led to disorganization and inconsistent processes, resulting in delays and a lack of quality control.

ECC's vision, crafted by its executive leadership, focuses on implementing rigorous systems to ensure consistency, efficiency, and professionalism across all operations. The company values skilled labor, employing experienced professionals and offering extensive training to new hires to uphold high standards.
